Brian Lesteberg is a recipient of the Jerome Emerging Artist Fellowship, 2007, and Minnesota State Arts Board/National Endowment for the Arts grant, 2006. His photographs are in the collections of the Minnesota Museum of American Art, St. Paul, MN, the Milwaukee Art Museum, and the Museum of Contemporary Photography at Columbia College, Chicago, IL. In 2008, selections from his series Raised to Hunt were published in 25 Under 25: UP and Coming American Photographers. Brian has photographed for The New York Times Magazine, Fortune, and Time. Brian attended the Minneapolis College of Art in Design, receiving a Bachelor of Arts, Photography, in 2004. He currently resides in Minneapolis.
