Carrie Will

Rikki and Carrie, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, 2008
From the I Am Redundant series
Website - CarrieWill.com

Carrie Will (b. 1979) is a photographer and a New York native. Her camera always seems to aim at people and the relationships in her life, especially the relationship she has with her twin sister, Rikki. Her photographs document and often exaggerate the space that lies between their similarities. Will received her BFA from Purchase College, State University of New York in 2001 and her MFA from Syracuse University in 2008. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally and is held in the permanent collections at The Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, D.C. and The University Art Museum in Albany, New York.
