Janelle Lynch received an MFA in Photography and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts in 1999. She teaches at the International Center of Photography, is a 2012-2013 Fellow at The Writers' Institute, CUNY Graduate Center, and a 2013 Artist-in-Residence at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, Buffalo, NY. Los Jardines de México, her first monograph, was published by Radius Books in 2011. Related work is currently on view at the Southeast Museum of Photography, Daytona Beach, FL. Forthcoming exhibitions include Wall Space Gallery, Santa Barbara, CA, and Robert Morat Galerie, Berlin, Germany. Janelle Lynch: Barcelona will be published by Radius in Fall 2013. She lives in New York City.
